Print & Content Policy
1. Introduction
This Print and Content Policy applies to all customized and personalized products offered through our store, including but not limited to customized phone cases, personalized accessories, and other made-to-order items.
Because these products are created specifically according to the customer's submitted design, text, image, or other customization request, the production process begins based on the exact specifications provided by the customer. For this reason, the following terms govern the submission of designs and the acceptance of customized orders.
By placing an order for a customized product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
2. Customized and Personalized Products
All customized items sold through our store are made-to-order. This means the product is manufactured specifically for the customer after the order is placed and the design has been submitted or approved.
Customized products may include:
Personalized phone cases
Custom printed accessories
Products printed with customer-provided images, artwork, or text
Products designed using our customization tools
Since these products are uniquely produced for a single customer, they cannot be resold or reused once manufactured.
3. EU Consumer Rights β Withdrawal Exception
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c), consumers normally have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Therefore:
Customized products purchased from our store are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) period.
This means:
Orders for customized items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Customized products cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind.
By submitting a customized order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is personalized and not eligible for the EU withdrawal right.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized items unless one of the following applies:
The product arrives damaged during shipping
The product contains a manufacturing defect
The delivered item significantly differs from the approved design
If one of the above situations occurs, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
If the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following remedies:
Replacement of the product
Store credit
Refund (where appropriate)
We do not offer refunds for:
Incorrect designs submitted by the customer
Low resolution or poor quality images uploaded by the customer
Color variations caused by screen differences
Minor variations in print placement or color
5. Customer Design Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for the content they submit for customization.
By uploading or submitting a design, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
The design does not infringe on copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
The design complies with all applicable laws and regulations
We do not verify ownership of submitted content and cannot be held responsible for intellectual property disputes related to customer-provided designs.
6. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that includes content deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of this policy.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
NSFW Content
We do not print designs containing:
Pornographic imagery
Explicit sexual content
Nudity intended for sexual purposes
Adult-only graphic content
Hateful or Offensive Content
Designs may not include:
Hate speech
Discriminatory imagery
Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
Harassment or threats
Illegal Content
We will not produce designs that promote or depict:
Illegal activities
Violence or criminal behavior
Extremist or terrorist organizations
Copyright or Trademark Violations
We do not accept designs that:
Use copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork without permission
Replicate protected brand materials
Attempt to bypass or remove watermarks
Circumvent intellectual property protections
Examples include (but are not limited to):
Movie or TV characters
Brand logos
Artwork owned by another creator
Images with visible watermarks
7. Watermarks and Intellectual Property
Any design that contains watermarks, protected artwork, or copyrighted materials will not be printed unless the customer can provide proof of authorization.
Attempting to bypass watermark protections or submit designs taken from copyrighted content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Orders containing such content may be cancelled without production.
8. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to:
Refuse a design submission
Cancel an order
Decline production of a product
This may occur if the submitted content:
Violates this policy
Violates intellectual property rights
Contains offensive or harmful content
Appears to be illegal or unethical
If a design is declined before production begins, the customer will be notified and may be asked to submit a different design.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We do not assume responsibility for any legal consequences resulting from the designs submitted by customers.
Customers remain fully responsible for:
The legality of their designs
Compliance with copyright and trademark laws
The use of images, logos, or other intellectual property
By submitting a design, the customer agrees that our store cannot be held liable for legal claims or disputes related to the design content.
10. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order for a customized product, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood this Print and Content Policy
Accept that customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable
Accept responsibility for the content submitted
Agree that orders may be declined if the design violates our guidelines
