At Design Case, we are committed to delivering your phone case as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our production times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and what you can expect when ordering from us.
Design Case is operated by Design Collective by Wang.

Where We Ship
Domestic Shipping, Sweden
We ship to all addresses within Sweden and aim to provide fast and reliable delivery throughout the country.
International Shipping, European Union
We ship to all countries within the European Union. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. There are no customs duties or import fees for shipments within the European Union.
International Shipping to Norway
We ship to Norway. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination within Norway. Shipments to Norway may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or taxes because Norway is outside the European Union. The customer is responsible for any such charges.
Outside the European Union and Norway
We currently do not ship to countries outside the European Union and Norway. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated.

Production and Processing Time
Production begins once your order has been confirmed. Most orders, including custom-made and non-customized products, are typically shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Peak Periods
During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional campaigns, production and shipping times may be slightly longer. If any delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Times
Sweden
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after shipment. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days total, including production time.
European Union
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Norway
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after shipment. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. The final shipping cost may depend on your delivery country, shipping method, order value, and any active shipping promotions.
If a free-shipping offer or discount is available, it will be shown during checkout and applied according to the terms of that offer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

Estimated delivery information
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us with your name, phone number, and order number.

Shipping Address
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please carefully review your shipping details before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost:
Check the tracking information for updates.
Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If the issue is not resolved within 5 business days, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photos in your message.
We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be resent. If the customer refuses delivery or does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus shipping costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Within the European Union
There are no customs duties or import taxes for shipments within the European Union. Prices currently do not include VAT, as Design Collective by Wang operates under the Swedish small business VAT exemption. Once the business becomes VAT registered after reaching 120,000 SEK in annual turnover, prices will include 25% Swedish VAT.
Norway
Norway is outside the European Union. Shipments to Norway may be subject to Norwegian customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking current Norwegian import regulations and potential charges with Norwegian customs authorities before ordering.
Outside the EU and Norway Future Shipping
If shipping to other countries outside the EU and Norway becomes available in the future, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Shipping carrier disruptions
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Strikes or transportation interruptions
Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Failed delivery attempts
While these situations are outside our control, we will do our best to assist in resolving any shipping-related issues.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the customer’s address. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
