Welcome to Design Case. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Design Case. The Design Case website is operated by Design Collective by Wang ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products and Services
Design Case sells both custom-made, personalized and non-customized phone accessories.
Custom-Made Products
Custom phone cases are manufactured based on the design you submit when placing your order.
Each custom product is produced only after an order has been placed.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Product images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The final product will reflect the design you submit.
Non-Customized Products
Some products sold by Design Case are not personalized.
These products are clearly identified on the product page.
Non-customized products may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable EU consumer laws.
Each product page states whether the product is custom-made or non-customized. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before placing an order.
4. Order Process
Placing an Order
To place an order:
Select your phone model or product
Upload or create your design, if applicable
Carefully review your product and design
Add the item to your cart
Enter your shipping and payment information
Review and confirm your order
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received and begun processing your order.
The purchase contract between you and Design Collective by Wang is formed once this confirmation email is sent.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in situations including:
Product availability issues
Errors in pricing or product descriptions
Designs that violate intellectual property rights
Designs containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
Suspected fraudulent transactions
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices
All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor, SEK.
Prices currently do not include VAT, as Design Collective by Wang operates under the Swedish small-business VAT exemption.
Once our annual turnover reaches 120,000 SEK, we will register for VAT and prices will include 25% Swedish VAT.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment
Payment is required at the time an order is placed.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers, including Shopify Payments and other supported payment methods.
We do not store payment card details.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property
Customer Responsibilities
By submitting a design, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it
The design does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
The design does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
You have all necessary permissions for any images, logos, artwork, or text included in the design
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse production of any design that infringes intellectual property rights or contains illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
We are not responsible for verifying the legality of submitted designs.
Customers agree to indemnify Design Collective by Wang against any claims arising from submitted designs.
License to Use Your Design
By submitting a design, you grant Design Collective by Wang a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of producing and delivering the ordered product.
7. Production and Delivery
Production Time
Custom phone cases are typically shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Production times may vary during busy periods or holidays.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times:
Sweden: 1–3 business days after shipment
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days after shipment
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information and contacting the carrier first.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
14-Day Right of Withdrawal, Non-Custom Products Only
Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Products must be returned:
In original condition
Unused
In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return has been received and approved.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal because they are personalized according to customer specifications.
These products cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.
Please review your design carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to request a replacement or refund.
9. Product Warranty and Conformity, EU Legal Guarantee
Under EU Directive 2019/771/EU, all products must conform to the contract.
We guarantee that your product:
Matches the design or specifications you ordered
Is free from manufacturing defects
Is of satisfactory quality
You have a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery.
If the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under EU law.
10. Voluntary 180-Day Replacement Guarantee
In addition to the EU legal guarantee, Design Collective by Wang offers a voluntary 180-day replacement guarantee.
What Is Covered
Damage from normal wear during ordinary use
Applies to both custom-made and standard products
Valid for 180 days from the delivery date
What Is Not Covered
Damage from drops, bending, or excessive force
Misuse or accidents
Normal cosmetic wear, such as scratches or fading

Once we have verified the issue, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Limitations
Only one replacement is allowed per product.
This guarantee is in addition to the EU 2-year legal guarantee and does not replace your statutory rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for:
Manufacturing your product according to your design
Delivering products free from manufacturing defects
Complying with EU consumer protection laws
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by carriers or customs
Damage to your device caused by the product
Design quality or aesthetic preferences
Intellectual property infringement caused by your design
Incorrect delivery due to an inaccurate address
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and applicable European Union legislation.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Design Collective by Wang.
