Return Policy

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the highest quality products along with a seamless experience for you. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there is anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at dc.designcase@gmail.com. If the issue is due to our error, please include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item along with a brief explanation in your initial email.

Customized Products Policy

All customized or personalized products are made exclusively to order and are therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Please contact us before returning any item. Refunds require prior communication and, in the case of defective items, a description of the issue.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by Design Case. In such cases, we will cover all shipping expenses.

The returned product must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. Please clearly mark the package with “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any misunderstandings.
