This Legal Notice provides important information about Design Collective by Wang, which operates this website under the name Design Case, in accordance with applicable laws in Sweden and the European Union.
1. VAT Registration
Design Collective by Wang is currently not registered for VAT.
In accordance with Swedish small business VAT regulations, we will register for VAT once our annual turnover reaches 120,000 SEK. Once VAT registration becomes applicable, all prices on our website will include 25% Swedish VAT.
2. Nature of Business
Design Collective by Wang operates the online store Design Case, selling custom-made and personalized phone cases, as well as non-customized phone accessories.
Many of our products are manufactured according to customer-provided designs and specifications. Orders are typically produced and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.

4. Consumer Rights
Right of Withdrawal, 14-Day Return Right
Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
Non-customized products
May be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Custom-made products
Are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right because they are personalized according to customer specifications, as permitted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Legal Guarantee, 2-Year Conformity Guarantee
Under EU law, all products sold must:
Match the description and specifications of the order
Be free from manufacturing defects
Be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose
Customers have two years from delivery to claim remedies for products that do not conform to these requirements.

Currently, we do not ship outside the European Union.
Production and Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
Sweden: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Tracking information is provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping carriers may include PostNord, DHL, Bring, or other reliable logistics providers.
There are no customs duties or import taxes for shipments within the European Union.

is the property of Design Collective by Wang or its licensors and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.
Customer Designs
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any designs they submit:
Are owned by them, or
Are used with appropriate permission
Designs must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
By submitting a design, customers grant Design Collective by Wang a limited license to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering the ordered product.
Customers agree to indemnify Design Collective by Wang against any claims arising from submitted designs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Design Collective by Wang is responsible for:
Manufacturing products according to the customer’s specifications
Delivering products free from manufacturing defects
Complying with EU consumer protection laws
Design Collective by Wang is not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers or public holidays
Incorrect delivery due to inaccurate customer address information
Intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted designs
Customer dissatisfaction with design aesthetics chosen by the customer
Nothing in this notice limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU law

10. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor, SEK.
Prices currently do not include VAT, as Design Collective by Wang operates under the Swedish small business VAT exemption. Once our annual turnover exceeds 120,000 SEK, prices will include 25% Swedish VAT.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other secure payment providers.
We do not store card payment information.
Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
11. Order Process and Cancellations
A purchase agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.
Cancellations
Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:
Product availability issues
Pricing errors
Designs that infringe intellectual property rights
Offensive or inappropriate content
